Colbert signed a one-year contract with the Titans on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Colbert will join the Titans at training camp after he appeared in four games with the Jets last season, compiling 16 tackles in those contests. The safety will provide the team with another reserve option behind Kevin Byard this season.
