Boqvist scored an empty-net goal on four shots in Thursday's 7-4 win over the Blues.
The Blues pushed back late in the third period Thursday, but Boqvist's empty-netter was the insurance the Devils needed to seal the win. The 23-year-old has scored all four of his goals this season in his last six games, adding two assists in that span. The Swede now has 10 points, 31 shots on goal and a minus-5 rating in 22 appearances. He played on the third line Thursday and could get a longer look in the middle six if he can sustain his recent surge.
