Bratt (undisclosed) is considered day-to-day and won't play Thursday against the Rangers, Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site reports.
This is a big loss for the Devils, as Bratt has been one of New Jersey's better forwards this season, having racked up 25 points in 35 games. He'll be reevaluated ahead of Saturday's rematch with New York.
