Flyers' Ivan Provorov: Picks up power-play helper

Provorov recorded an assist with the man advantage during Wednesday's win over Pittsburgh.

Don't let the power-play helper mislead you. Philadelphia usually deploys four forwards on the No. 1 unit, and its most frequent quintet doesn't include the rookie defenseman. Additionally, Provorov has just one goal and three points through his past 21 games. He's provided a respectable 44 shots and 49 blocked shots during that span, but without better offensive numbers, Provorov is hardly serviceable in the majority of seasonal leagues. His stock still remains promising for the 2017-18 campaign and beyond, though.
