Goodrow exited in the third period Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Flyers after taking a puck to the face, but coach Gerard Gallant told Vince Z. Mercogliano of USA Today after the game that Goodrow is okay and shouldn't miss any further time.

Goodrow went straight to the locker room holding his face after a scary-looking play, as the puck rode up his stick and under his visor, shattering part of the visor. Luckily for Goodrow, Gallant says the puck didn't hit him in the eye, and the forward is dealing with a cut above his eye. That's no fun, either, but it shouldn't keep Goodrow out of action when the Rangers face the Sharks on Friday.
