Lemieux scored his first goal of the season -- on the power play -- in Thursday's 4-2 win over Carolina.

Lemieux was noticeable all night and finally broke through with a deflection in front. His net-front presence on the second power-play unit could start to pay greater dividends down the line for the 23-year-old agitator.
