Stars' Patrick Sharp: Picks up two points against Caps

Sharp scored a goal, recorded an assist and registered four shots on goal during Monday's win over Washington.

It's been a disastrous season for the 35-year-old veteran, as Sharp has just eight goals and 18 points through 40 games. While health has clearly been an issue, he's also well past his prime and playing on a struggling club. Monday was a bright spot, but it's unlikely to become the norm. Sharp checks out as a fringe fantasy asset in the majority of seasonal leagues.
