Hintz is dealing with a lower-body injury and will not play Wednesday against Florida, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports.
Hintz played 19:12 in the team's last game Feb. 22, and there'd been no mention of an injury, so this news comes as a surprise. It's unclear how serious the injury is or if he'll be available for Thursday's game (also against the Panthers).
