First ever live Web video streaming for one of America's premier sporting events

Fort Lauderdale, FL (March 17, 2003) - SportsLine.com (NASDAQ: SPLN) today announced an agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) through which Yahoo!'s online subscription offering, Yahoo! Platinum will feature all 56 games of the first and second rounds and regional semifinals in the Yahoo! Platinum SportsPak™ service. This will mark the first live streaming video coverage for one of America's marquee sporting events.

SportsLine.com, publisher of CBS SportsLine.com, recently obtained the Internet rights to NCAA championships from CBS Sports, which it had received as part of its long-term arrangement with the NCAA. SportsLine.com now produces NCAASports.com, the official Web site for NCAA Championships, where the Yahoo! Platinum SportsPak will be accessible. In addition to Internet rights, that agreement gives CBS Sports the television rights for the Division I Men's Basketball Championship and 65 other championships, as well as radio, corporate marketing, licensing, publishing and special events rights for all 87 NCAA championships. The Web cast will utilize CBS Sports' live coverage of the Division I Men's Basketball Championship.

Along with live game coverage, Yahoo! Platinum SportsPak will include press conferences and a variety of other events surrounding the tournament games. Yahoo! Platinum SportsPak, which also features NASCAR.com programming as well as a variety of entertainment and news programming, is available for $16.95 per month.
