The MLB season continues with 15 games on Sunday. All 30 teams are in action, leading to deep player pools for MLB DFS tournaments and cash games on sites like FanDuel and DraftKings. One of the top prospects in the White Sox system, Dylan Cease, will be making his third MLB start, and his 98 m.p.h. fastball and power curveball give him sky-high strikeout potential. However, against the playoff-caliber Rays, rostering Cease would require passing on proven pitching options like James Paxton, Walker Buehler and Kyle Hendricks. So before you make your picks for Sunday, look at the MLB DFS strategy and advice from DFS millionaire Mike McClure.

When it comes to MLB, McClure is at his best. Recognized in the book "Fantasy Football (and Baseball) for Smart People: How to Turn Your Hobby into a Fortune" as a top MLB DFS player, McClure's proprietary projection model simulates each game 10,000 times, taking factors such as matchups and recent results into account. This allows him to find the best values on every site.

He got off to a hot start in 2019, producing lineups on SportsLine that have returned as much as 30x in the first half of the season. He's also finished in the top 1 percent of tournaments four times and the top 0.1 percent of tournaments twice this season already. He cashed huge in three consecutive tournaments in mid-June, which included a top 2 percent finish when his DraftKings lineup generated a whopping 185.9 points. He also had an optimal lineup on FanDuel that cashed 8x for followers right before the All-Star break.

Then on Friday, he rostered White Sox shortstop Leury Garcia at $2,800 on FanDuel. The result: Garcia went 4-for-5 with three runs scored and two RBIs, returning over 35 points and 13x value. Anybody who followed his advice was well on their way to a huge day. Now, McClure has set his sights on Sunday's MLB DFS slates. You can see his full roster at SportsLine.

For Sunday, we can tell you McClure is targeting Indians second baseman Jason Kipnis at $3,300 on FanDuel and $3,500 on DraftKings. Kipnis has hit safely in eight of his last nine games and has upped his OPS by 101 points since June 6. Kipnis has had six games of 20 or more FanDuel points this season and has a strong matchup against Glenn Sparkman (4.54 ERA) after posting an OPS that's 254 points higher against righties than lefties this season.

McClure's optimal MLB DFS strategy for Sunday also includes rostering Red Sox third baseman Rafael Devers ($4,600 on FanDuel, $5,400 on DraftKings), who has a dream matchup against Orioles starter Asher Wojciechowski (5.74 ERA).

Devers has been playing well since being snubbed for the MLB All-Star Game, with three returns of 6x or more in his first seven games since play resumed. Devers has posted a .932 OPS for the season and has a whopping 1.003 OPS against right-handed pitching this season.

McClure is also targeting an undervalued player who is set to explode for huge numbers on Sunday. The stars are aligning for him to return huge value and he comes at a price that won't break the bank. This pick could be the difference between cashing in big or going home with nothing.
