On Sunday, Richard Sherman, one of the league's best physical cornerbacks, is tasked with shutting down Mike Evans, one of the league's best physical receivers. After one quarter, give the advantage to Evans.

After hauling in a three-yard touchdown to give the Buccaneers an early lead over the Seahawks, Evans caught his second touchdown of the first quarter by outmuscling Sherman on a go route. To do so, he pushed his way through Sherman at the line of scrimmage and then hand-checked the cornerback to gain the separation he needed.

Take a look:

After, Sherman complained to the official about Evans' physicality. He might have a point, but it's certainly worth noting that Sherman almost always gets away with extra contact.

Sherman entered the game having allowed just two touchdowns, according to Pro Football Focus. Evans increased that total to three. That's probably the real reason Sherman is upset.
