College basketball takes center stage Tuesday, and one of the biggest matchups features the Baylor Bears going on the road to face the Oklahoma Sooners at 9 p.m. ET in a nationally televised game (ESPN2). Oklahoma is favored by 6.5 points, down 1.5 points after the line opened at eight. The over-under for total points scored is 155.

In a game that could have major implications on postseason seeding, you need to see what SportsLine analyst Josh Nagel has to say.

Nagel is a Nevada-based expert with almost two decades of experience in the handicapping industry. He has won multiple handicapping contests and specializes in picking college sports.

On Saturday, Nagel locked in a pick for Florida (-6.5) against Baylor because he predicted the Bears' backcourt wouldn't be able to stop the Gators. The result: Florida guard Chris Chiozza knocked down four 3-pointers on his way to a 20-point night that powered the Gators to an easy 81-60 win and cover.

That was another cash for Nagel, who has a innate feel for when to back and when to fade Baylor, as evidenced by his rock-solid 5-1 run picking for or against the Bears.

Anybody following his picks is way, way up right now.

Now, Nagel has studied every angle of Baylor-Oklahoma and locked in a strong point-spread pick. He's sharing it only at SportsLine.

Nagel knows that Baylor has struggled in Big 12 play with a 2-6 record that has the Bears tied at the bottom of the league coming into this contest. The Bears don't have a true road win on the season and have been blown out by Florida, Iowa State and Texas Tech in recent weeks.

Getting their first road win against an Oklahoma team that has arguably the best player in the nation in Trae Young (29.6 points per game) and leads the nation in scoring (90.3 ppg) could be a tough task.

But just because it looks like Oklahoma has the edge doesn't mean that the Sooners will be able to cover a 6.5-point spread.

Baylor has also played teams extremely tough on the road. The Bears lost by just three at both Kansas and West Virginia, two of the top teams in the Big 12. And Oklahoma has dropped three of its past four overall, while the Sooners' record against the spread has fallen to 8-11 on the season.

Nagel is leaning under, and he also has evaluated all of these circumstances and locked in his pick for one side of the spread.
