Barria allowed two earned runs on five hits and two walks while striking out two across 4.2 innings in the win over the Yankees on Tuesday. He did not factor into the decision.

Barria's 4.2 innings was the deepest outing he's had in his past four starts. He surrendered a pair of solo home runs, one by Anthony Rizzo and the other by Gary Sanchez. The 24-year-old has a 5.40 ERA and 1.54 WHIP with a low 4.9 K/9 in 38.1 innings this season.
