Braves' Manny Banuelos: Activated from DL and sent to Triple-A

Banuelos was activated from the disabled list Monday and optioned to Triple-A Gwinnett, Charles Odum of the Associated Press reports.

Banuelos was on the DL while recovering from some elbow soreness, but it seems the Braves are finally ready to let him pitch fully. He'll start with their Triple-A affiliate (likely this Friday), but considering the tumult at the major league level, he could even garner a few starts in Atlanta if he finds success in the minors.
