Banuelos agreed to a contract last week with the Fubon Guardians of the Chinese Professional Baseball League, CPBLStats.com reports.

After being cut loose by the Mariners in May, Banuelos didn't take long to find work overseas. The 29-year-old lefty should claim a spot in the Fubon rotation and will look to find success in Taiwan before likely exploring a move back to affiliated ball in 2021.
