Mariners' Drew Steckenrider: Picks up ninth save

Steckenrider struck out two batters in a perfect ninth inning and earned a save over Boston on Monday.

Steckenrider threw 10-of-12 pitches for strikes and had no problem mowing down the Red Sox in order to finish off the 5-4 victory. He's now 9-for-12 in save chances with a 1.67 ERA this season. The 30-year-old righty is now riding an 18.1-inning scoreless streak with a 13:3 K:BB during that span.
