Banuelos cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Norfolk on Friday, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
He's no longer on the Orioles' 40-man roster but will remain in the organization. Banuelos made his major-league debut earlier this week, flying out in a pinch-hitting appearance.
