Padres' Tyson Ross: Completes first step of rehab process
Ross (shoulder) completed his first set of stabilization exercises and is working on strengthening his entire arm, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.
This progression means that Ross is done with the first step of his rehab process. Although the progress is nice, the right-hander is not close to throwing again and still has no timetable for return. A possible return date should become clearer once he begins the throwing portion of his rehab process.
