Crouse (biceps) was outrighted to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.
Crouse spent most of the 2022 campaign sidelined due to right biceps tendinitis, but he began a rehab assignment in September. Although he'll lose his spot on the 40-man roster, it's possible he'll be ready for spring training in 2023.
