Herrman (undisclosed) was placed on the injured list at Triple-A Worcester on Monday, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.
The veteran catcher as spent the season at Triple-A and seen occasional starts, but he's sidelined by an undisclosed injury. It's unclear if Herrman will be healthy before the end of the minor-league campaign.
