Tigers' Christin Stewart: Exits due to injury

Stewart left Monday night's game against the Angels with an unspecified injury, Anthony Fenech of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Stewart collided with the wall in left field, and he was forced to leave the game as a result. He'll be considered day-to-day until the severity of the injury is uncovered.
