Larnach isn't in the Twins' lineup for Saturday's game against Boston.
The Red Sox will send southpaw Brennan Bernardino to the mound to begin Saturday's contest, forcing the lefty-hitting Larnach to step out of the lineup. His absence will move Ryan Jeffers into the DH spot while Christian Vazquez starts behind the plate and bats seventh.
