Bulls' DeMar DeRozan: Good to go Sunday

DeRozan (rest) isn't on the injury report for Sunday's game versus the Knicks.

DeRozan will return to action Sunday after missing Chicago's previous contest for rest purposes. Ayo Dosunmu (quadriceps) is the only Bulls' starter in danger of missing the team's regular-season finale.
