Phillips (foot) is out for Sunday's game versus the Knicks.
Phillips hasn't played since March 13 due to a right mid-foot sprain and will remain out for the Bulls' regular-season finale Sunday. The Bulls haven't provided much of an indication that Phillips will be healthy in time for the team's Play-In Tournament game versus the Hawks on Wednesday.
