Phillips (foot) has been ruled out for Wednesday's Play-In Game against the Hawks.
Phillips missed the final 16 games of the regular season due to a right midfoot sprain and doesn't have a timetable to return. Barring the Bulls making a surprise run in the postseason, Phillips' 2023-24 campaign is likely over.
