Williams (ankle) will not play in Saturday's game against the Lakers, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Williams was questionable for Saturday's tilt with a sprained left ankle but missed morning shootaround and ultimately will not suit up. Al Horford, Luke Kornet and Grant Williams are strong candidates to see expanded roles. Williams' next chance to play will come Wednesday against Brooklyn.
