Powell accumulated a season-high 21 points (8-14 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-3 FT) to go along with five rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block across 32 minutes during Sunday's 124-111 loss to the Suns.

Powell saw 32 minutes off the bench Sunday, which marks only the third time all season that he's crossed the 30-minute threshold, and responded with his best scoring effort of the year. Sunday also marked the first time that Powell, a 26 percent three-point shooter, has sunk more than two triples in a single game this season. While his workload has been inconsistent all season, making Powell a tough player to own effectively in fantasy, he can make a low-cost DFS play when he's in line for a 24-plus-minute workload, averaging 10.4 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks per game under that criteria. With the Mavericks out of playoff contention, coach Rick Carlisle will likely give his younger players, like 25-year-old Powell, more run moving forward.
