Sabonis totaled 14 points (5-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 16 rebounds, three assists and two steals across 37 minutes during Friday's 113-104 loss to the Heat.

Sabonis surprisingly came off the bench in Friday's matchup since he was tending to a family matter early in the game. However, he still saw plenty of playing time and posted a strong double-double against the Heat. He's now recorded double-doubles in seven of the last eight games and has averaged 16.8 points, 14.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in 31.6 minutes per game during that time. The 25-year-old will presumably reclaim his starting role going forward.
