Sabonis recorded 15 points (4-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-10 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist and a block across 35 minutes in Wednesday's 97-89 loss to the Pistons.

Sabonis has now posted a double-double in six of his last seven games and has seemingly picked up right where he left off last season in terms of production. Provided he stays healthy, Sabonis figures to be positioned among the league leaders in double-doubles by the end of the season. The big man is averaging 18.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.3 steals in 36.0 minutes per game this season.
