Brooks is no longer in the league's health and safety protocols, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Brooks has yet to play in the Summer League as he's been stuck in the NBA's health and safety protocols. The guard is expected to see limited minutes in Sunday's Summer League game against the Magic. Brooks will look to finish out his team's last two Summer League games on a high note after missing his team's first three games. The 23-year-old will hope to build on what was an exceptional rookie season.
