Russell produced 27 points (11-12 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), one rebound, 12 assists and two steals in 31 minutes during Friday's 135-105 win over Oklahoma City.
Russell returned from a five-game absence Wednesday due to COVID-19 protocols and struggled offensively. However, he bounced back in a big way Friday, missing just one shot en route to his 13th game with at least 20 points. He also dished out 12 assists, notching his sixth double-double of the year. Despite the uber shooting performance, Russell is still shooting a career-low 39.3 percent from the field this season.
