Lillard (abdomen) will miss at least 10 days due to lower abdominal tendinopathy, Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reports.

Lillard has been battling the injury throughout the first several weeks of the season, but prior to this announcement he'd only missed two games, including Tuesday's win over Detroit. The hope is that rest and rehab will help Lillard move closer to full strength, and he'll sit out at least the next four games, including key matchups against the Celtics (Dec. 4), Clippers (Dec. 6) and Warriors (Dec. 8). The Blazers are optimistic that Lillard will be able to make his return around the middle of the month, but his status will be something to monitor closely over the next week and a half. Expect Anfernee Simons to be the biggest beneficiary, fantasy-wise, while Lillard is sidelined.
