Wizards' Bradley Beal: Hoping to practice Sunday

Beal (knee) is getting treatment Saturday with the hope of practicing Sunday, David Aldridge of The Athletic reports.

Beal suffered a bruised knee during Friday's exhibition. It doesn't sound like the injury is serious, but there's no guarantee that he'll be able to play in Wednesday's opener against the Raptors. His status should continue to be updated in the coming days.
