Wilson (knee) was placed on the reserve/PUP list Tuesday, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Wilson will be unavailable through at least the Bengals' first four games of the season. Once healthy, the safety is expected to operate in a depth role in Cincinnati's secondary and will likely make his largest impact on special teams.
