Bills' Khalil Shakir: Healthy scratch in Week 3

Shakir saw two targets across 23 offensive snaps last week against the Titans, but he'll be the odd man out among the wideouts following the return of Gabe Davis (ankle). The Bills will proceed with five active wide receivers, and this move also solidifies the fact that frequent special teams contributor Jake Kumerow is ahead of Shakir on the depth chart.
