Milano (knee), who won't return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars, had a full cast on his leg from his shin to his thigh after being carted off the field, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Milano registered three tackles before the injury occurred. Per Rapoport, the full cast on Milano's right leg is indicative of a major injury, and the star linebacker could miss significant time this season.
