Locke, who left Monday's win over the Bills early with an ankle injury, was wearing a walking boot after the game, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.
Locke said he thought he'd be okay after the game, according to Gabriel, but the 26-year-old should still be considered questionable at this point for their Week 11 matchup with the Vikings.
