Joseph (foot) signed a one-year contract with the Browns on Wednesday, Josina Anderson of ESPN reports.
Joseph injured his foot in Week 10 and required season-ending surgery, but before that, he compiled 49 tackles and three pass breakups through nine games with the Raiders. The 2016 first-round pick will likely be a Week 1 starter in the Cleveland secondary.
