Allen underwent surgery Wednesday on his injured left hand, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports.
Allen suffered the hand injury in Monday's loss to the Patriots, and head coach Kliff Kingsbury had already ruled him out for Week 15 against the Broncos. His status beyond Sunday is still yet to be determined, though considering the team has yet to put him on injured reserve, he could make his return to the lineup at some point over the final three weeks of the season.
