Watkins (calf) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
It's a clear step forward after Watkins was held out of practice all last week, but his activity Thursday will be more important, with Kansas City planning to ramp up the intensity and do some contact work during the session. Watkins hasn't played since Week 16.
