Geathers is being evaluated for a concussion, Mike Giardi of NFL Network reports.
Geathers took a shot from Patriots running back Sony Michel in the second quarter, knocking him out of the game. With injuries to Geathers and linebacker Anthony Walker (concussion), the Colts find themselves very short-handed on defense. The safety will need to clear the league's concussion protocol before returning to action.
