Moore has been an active participant at the Colts' OTAs this spring, Kevin Hickey of Colts Wire reports.
Moore missed the final five games of 2022 while dealing with an ankle injury, ultimately being placed on injured reserve, but he's now fully healthy ahead of the 2023 season. The 27-year-old is expected to operate as the Colts' top cornerback in his seventh year with Indianapolis.
