Moore (shin) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Giants. Moore was added to the injury report as a limited participant Thursday, but he faced no limitations at Friday's practice. The 23-year-old should take up his usual starting role at cornerback opposite Pierre Desir on Sunday.
Moore was limited during Thursday's practice due to a shin injury, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports. Moore may have suffered his shin injury at practice, seeing as he first appeared on the injury report with the issue Thursday. His practice status Friday will likely give a better indication of his ability to play in Sunday's tilt against the Giants.
Moore compiled seven tackles (six solo) and a sack in Sunday's 24-21 victory over the Texans. Moore earned his first full sack of the season, as he took advantage of Houston's weak offensive line. The second-year cornerback out of Valdosta State has at least six tackles in four of his last five games.
Moore (concussion) was a full participant at Wednesday's practice. Moore sustained the concussion Week 4 against the Texans and was unable to play in last Thursday's loss to the Patriots. It remains unclear whether the 23-year-old has officially cleared the concussion protocol, but he appears on track for a return Sunday against the Jets.
Moore (concussion) returned to practice Monday, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports. Moore sustained a concussion in Week 4 and didn't play in the Colts' Week 5 loss to the Patriots. However, his return to practice is a step in the right direction and gives the defensive back a good chance of clearing concussion protocol in time for Sunday's matchup with the Jets.
