Hooker (foot) is officially active for Sunday's matchup against the Buccaneers.
Hooker turned in full practice time in Friday's session, so this news isn't quite surprising. The Ohio State product is expected to assume his usual starting role as the team's starting free safety for Week 14 now that he's healthy.
