Colts' T.Y. Hilton: Week 7 status TBD

Colts head coach Frank Reich said he's unsure whether Hilton (quadriceps) will be able to play Sunday against the 49ers, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports. "We need time and need a couple of days to see how it plays out and how T.Y. responds," Reich said of Hilton. "I just don't want to over-commit either way."

With Parris Campbell (foot) having recently moved to injured reserve and with Hilton's Week 7 status cloudy after he missed practice Wednesday, Michael Pittman and Zach Pascal are currently the Colts' top healthy wideouts as the team prepares for Sunday's road contest against San Francisco. The Colts should have a better sense of whether Hilton will be available for Sunday at the conclusion of Friday's practice.
