Martin has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Also placed on the list Sunday was OT Brandon Knight, while guard Connor Williams was removed from the list. With Martin having tested positive for COVID-19, he's not in line to play in Thursday's season opener against the Buccaneers, per Jonny Auping of the Cowboys' official site. As a result, Connor McGovern is expected to start at right guard in place of Martin in Week 1.
