The Dolphins reinstated Williams (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.

Williams' placement on the list last Tuesday prevented him from playing in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Titans, but the third-year wideout should be ready to go heading into Miami's regular-season finale versus the Patriots this weekend. Even before he tested positive for the virus, Williams wasn't consistently active for the Dolphins on game days, so his return to the roster won't assure him of a spot in Miami's receiver rotation. Williams has appeared in eight games to date, recording six receptions for 71 yards on 16 targets.
