Williams (knee) expects to be ready for the start of the regular season, Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald reports.

It's a reassuring statement from Williams given the wideout tore his ACL in early November and is reportedly not yet participating in on-field workouts during the offseason, although he has started jogging. The undrafted rookie did put together a productive campaign prior to the injury, registering 32 receptions for 428 yards and three touchdowns in eight games as the primary receiving threat in the Dolphins' offense, so it stands to reason Williams should be another featured target in 2020 should he ultimately be available at the start of the season.
