Williams (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Williams was also a healthy inactive for the Dolphins' Week 8 loss to the Bills, but his absence from the lineup was attributed to a disciplinary matter on that occasion. The third-year wideout was a full participant in practice this week, but he apparently isn't yet back in the good graces of the coaching staff, as he'll be in street clothes once again. With DeVante Parker (shoulder) heading to injured reserve Friday, the Dolphins will be left with receiver Jaylen Waddle, tight end Mike Gesicki and running back Myles Gaskin as their likely top options in the passing game.
