Ryan and the Falcons have a 2020 schedule that boasts a number of potentially high-scoring contests, including out-of-division games against the Cowboys, Packers, Chiefs and Seahawks, Will McFadden of the team's official site reports.

McFadden's article highlighted Ryan's excellence in 115 career games during which the quarterback was asked to throw the ball at least 40 times. Per Pro Football Focus, Ryan earned a performance grade of 75 or higher in 33.9 percent of those contests, good for the 10th-best rate among QBs with at least 25 such appearances since 2006. Not that Atlanta won't already be involved in a number of high-scoring shootouts playing in a division with Drew Brees and Tom Brady, but cross-conference dates with the talented AFC West further indicate an offense-intensive slate of games. Ryan has attempted 600-plus passes each of the past two seasons, and if Atlanta's young secondary struggles in 2020 as many suspect it will, the veteran QB's fantasy value many spike as a byproduct.
